We collect minimal information necessary to provide our service:

Email Address: Used to deliver your analysis report
Lease Document: Temporarily stored for analysis, then permanently deleted
Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe (we never see your card details)

Data Retention

Your lease documents are automatically deleted immediately after analysis is complete.We do not retain copies of your lease. Analysis results are retained for 30 days for customer support purposes, then deleted.

Email Communications

We use your email to deliver your lease analysis. We may also send occasional updates about our service. You can opt out of promotional emails at any time.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services:

Stripe: Payment processing (they handle your card details)
Supabase: Database and file storage (temporary only)
Together AI: Lease analysis (documents not stored by AI provider)
Resend: Email delivery

Your Rights

You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time. Contact: privacy@rentfair.io
